When you mail your gold, silver, diamonds or other jewelry to our company, you will receive the same level of attention as our local customers receive when they walk into one of our
14 locations. Our process is very simple. Here it is:
- Fill out the request form to the right.
- Within 24 hours (usually 1 hour if it's during the day), one of our gold-buying Specialists will call you, so please make sure to leave a good contact phone number.
- Our friendly Specialist will explain the process to you and then discuss with you the value of your items that you're going to send. This will allow us to properly insure your shipment to us. Other companies offer "blanket" insurance policies up to a certain amount, but we actually take the time to find out what you're sending, so that in the case of a lost parcel, the insurance coverage is sufficient!
- Once you have your items together and the insurance value is determined, our Specialist will enter this information into our system and generate a label for you to place on your package. He will then email this label to you, and even call to schedule a pickup for you, if you like. He will also be able to answer any questions you have about our process.
- When the package is received in our secure processing facility the next day, the same Specialist will video tape the opening of your parcel along with the contents, and will email you a copy of this video so that you can ensure the items you sent are the items we received.
- The next step is to weigh and assay each piece you send in. If there are jewelry pieces or gemstones involved, he will also determine the grading and value of these individually.
- Once he has all this information together, he will call you and let you know how much your items are worth and discuss how you want us to send your money to you. We can usually have money to you the VERY same day!
- If for some reason you do not want to sell your items, our Specialist will package everything securely, just as it was received and return it to you, fully insured! You have no risk or obligation.
